What do you call this technology?

Presently in our office, we had a 2 hanging projectors, and 2 large projector screens, plus four(4) 27-inch TV monitors. Everytime we had presentations or presentation meetings, we used this facility: from our PC we project the needed files to be discussed nor presented simultaneously be seen on the 2 projector screens and the 4 TV monitors. These equipment had been installed 8 years ago and now somewhat malfunctioning. I'm only a new employee here and was tasked to do the research and canvassing of the necessary alike equipment for upgrade. Pls help me-- I don't know of this technology whether if it's 'video conferencing' nor 'visual communications' or 'TV projection', etc.
