                    Thanks for this. My mommy and I might both benefit from this. She keeps on saying that she has memory loss already, but which I think is just because she doesn't let go of the stresses in everyday life. As for me, I think my loss is more of supression. I have painful experiences in the past which I don't want to remeber anymore, and I think some important things were included.
