Hello. The secret to make your own icecream is that you hawe to hawe a ice cream maker then you get a smooth icecream or you frezze it direct in the frezzer but it will get a little bit harder. And you mix together egg yolk sugger cream milk lemon joice and berry

Hello matte5, Unfortunately that I don't know how to make ice-cream and so, I always get mine from the nearest hypermarket here. It sounds tempting when you talked about your home made ice-cream...hmmm delicious. If I am staying next to your house, I guess I will be your great neighbor who never fails to visit you, so that I will get to taste some of your delicious home made food *smiles*

I have my own special recipe on ice-cream and I know how to make raspberry ice-cream. Yummy. I agree with you that our own made ice-cream is much tastier than the ones we buy at the stores. However these days I am not into cooking, so I will just buy me a Cornetto whenever I feel like eating ice-creams.

Well good for you to make your own. Personally I am always busy and pushed for time at work, so I could never find the time or energy to fiddle around making my own. I buy it in the local Supermarket, and store it in the freezer - it is the lazy way out!! I'm sure your homr-made is much nicer though:-))

Nothing from a store beats homemade ice cream! I love it when my husband borrows his dad's ice cream maker and we make our own vanilla ice cream. It's so delicious. We haven't tried making any other flavors yet, but rasberry ice cream sounds yummy!:)

I used to make it, but I had to sell my ice cream maker. So now I buy it. I'm hoping that eventually I'll have the money and the space to get one of the ice cream makers that you don't have to freeze the bowl. The ones that freeze on their own. Then I'll be able to make lots and lots of ice cream in all different flavors. Yummy.

Hello Matte, Mmmm, Mmmmm, I just love raspberries! We have some growing in our garden, though they're still young so they don't produce many berries yet. When they do, I'll try to reserve my 'gobble-fest' while harvesting, so that I might try to make some home-made ice cream. We used to make our own ice cream when I was a kid. Though, I long ago learned that I am intollerant of certain proteins in cow's milk, I can consume goat milk products. I've learned that goat dairy products can be just as yummy as cow. So, I'm definitely looking forward to when our berry bushes get a little bigger. P.S. Your treat looks delicious!

Home made icecream is the best. I haven't had it in a long time. We all had favourite flavours when we made it. My father always picked banana ice cream. He learned to make it in the navy and used to make it onboard for the officers, then eat the extra. LOL He grew fresh raspberries, so he would have loved your ice cream.
