there are so many NGOs are working for children, but they have not worked any special for them till now. i think there are billions of children in your city who are very poor, physically and mentally disable, and baggers. you can see then in public place, railway station, bus stand, and so many other place mostly in Asian countries. how can we help them.

I agree with you that there are many children that we come across in the day to day life who are struggling to lead a good life. It may be the issue of beggars, rag pickers, child labourers, bonded labourers and many such cases.
It is also true that the approach of the NGO's is not perfect at all times at all places. But still there are some NGO's that are dedicated in their profession and really serve the community in some way or the other.
If you feel that there is a real need for a perfect NGO in your location to address the issues related to children, there is no doubt you can start a good NGO if you have the real committment and prove it to be a model one. Registering the NGO will not be a greater problem. Setting up in the initial stages will be a tough job. If you get across and start functioning well, you will lead to success.
