Losing weight

I have recently read that Optifast will really help to reduce weight. Only requirement is that you have to skip one meal with optifast. Have any one of you'll have tried this. Any success stories...

Hello! Its always better not to take suppliments to lose weight because after few days of stopping it, you gain weight back & may be more. So, instead of it, go for a brisk walk daily for 30-45 minutes. First start with only 10 minutes & slowly make it 30-45 minutes. You would feel tired & pain in legs in the beginning due to muscles pull. But it will be fine in 2-3 days. Early morning or in the vening after 5pm are best for walking. Also, have control on your diet. Avoid excess intake of oily, fried, junk & fast foods. You can fix up a day like Sunday to have these kinds of food & on other days totally avoid junk foods. Increase intake of fresh fruit juices & vegetables in your diet. If possible do breathing exercises daily for 30 minutes to lose weight. Vani^_^

I havent used optifast but am using a homeopathic medicine lema-forte slimming drops and have seen good results. I have used this medicine for around 20 days now and have seen a drop in my weight but would be fully satisfied if i continue with this process and also loose my waist and extra flesh on other body parts.

Not read yet..But to lose weight, must consume extra heat than we take.. Better to have good mood,excersize a lot, will help lose weight..
