Paypal to Bank account ....how ?

Can some one help me understand how the amount in Paypal is credited to bank account ?

When there is money in your paypal account, you request that they transfer it to your bank account. The other alternative is that you use paypal to pay for things that you buy online, if the company you are purchasing from accepts paypal that is.
