Photoshop VS PaintShop Pro which one to get?

In creating/modifying images, which is powerful and better/best image processing tool to be used. I'm currently using Photoshop and it is very easy to play with it. The best one for me.

Both of software is so difficult to control and used,so, i try the most simplest one.The Paint.Net
