Help needed with divorce in Texas!

Okay, so I am cheap, broke, lazy, a multitude of things. BUt I have been seperated from my husband for over three years now, actually have been living with the love of my life for over two years, and still haven't found the funding in our budget to get a divorce. The money I had initially dumped into it basically was a waste, because at the last minute my husband (soon to be ex I hope) flaked on the whole deal and now is MIA and nowhere to be found. What would be the best way and most frugal to go about this so that I can get remarried eventually?? Anyone with any clever ideas or great information would be appreciated. James keeps hinting that we should get married. Cute little sayings like "I think I'm going to get you a beautiful diamond ring when your divorce is finalized." Just at a loss here and really can't afford a high priced lawyer!
