Hi all myLotters I am a software engineer with an MNC. My daily job is quite monotonous which involves nonstop coding sitting in a stagnant position with minimal movement of organs except fingers and brain.So at the end of day feel quite lethargic and clumsy.So my dear friends, I want your expert advice about how to cope up with this drudgery and be active again like my yesteryear?
