imagine life without computers and mobiles

I feel my life will be back to the 19 century!

We can live life with out computers and mobile.But,can you imagine about life with out water and electricity.Even food is very necassary.

I would go absolutely crazy without my computer, the internet, and my mobile. I don't use the phone part of my cellphone so much, but I use it for an alarm, a PDA, and the other featues. Where I am now, I don't get a signal anyway, but I love the other features.

actually...I went from having a computer and internet access to not having that "luxury" for several years when I first moved out of my parents house and half way across the country and I seemed to manage just fine. DOn't get me worng, for the last few years I have had one (obviously as I am writing this now) and the computer and internet have made a lot of things much easier in daily life, like banking, paying bills, keeping intouch with friends, etc... but I wasn't bored or helpless without it. I guess it is all what you make of it. I have other hobbies and actually enjoy spending time with living breathing people and going outside and such, so to me I guess too much time in front of your pc is actually a bad thing and not the other way around.

Our time wouldn't go to waste. Don't you think we waste a lot of time on the computer and mobile? I grew up without either and we played cards, watched TV, went camping, did a lot of things. I love my computer but I have stopped doing some fun things because I am on the net so much. I sort if feel I am wasting my time when I could be having "real" fun outside or wherever. I think the computer is a great convenience and I use it for my work but I also think we could get along without it as we have in the past. I wouldn't want to give it up but, if I HAD to, I would go crazy for a while, then read, go places, clean out the closet, and hang with friends instead of being here. None are wastes. Just different stuff.
