Paid to Promote sites?

Can someone help me, Im new to the idea of paid to promote (PTP) does anyone have experiance with sites like this? has anyone been paid by a paid to promote site?

Donkeymails is a site that offers PTP, I haven't been paid by them yet, but I hear good things about them. I'll let you know when I do get paid by them. If you are interested in a link to this site, PM and I will send it to you.
