how much did you lost weight?

have you ever lost a big weight?how much was it?ploease tell it in kilos cause i don't know how to convert pounds into kilos
me i lost about 30 kilos in 6 months.i began when my baby was an year old and all the process was during 6 moths.now i am satisfied of my weight.i have 54 kilos and i would like to have 50 if possible.what about you?

I've lost 20 kgs the most.From 80 kgs to 60 kgs.But now,I'm trying to lose some more.I need to be a 50 too.

The most I have lost is 7 kgs. I have done about twice over thge past few years. I have gained it all again, & must try very hard to loose it all again.
I go to south australian weight watchers.
You have done extremely well with weight loss.

i guess depends so much on selfcontrol and a good diet that won't make the kilos return after finishing it

Hello there my friend!!!
Though this was posted 8 months ago i still would want to congratualte you for losing so much kilos in just 6 months!!!I'm wondering how much is your weight now...
I'm still single (5'4) and this is the biggest weight i have, 60kls (132lbs) i didn't like looking at my pitures w/ this weight. Finally last month i found a way to motivate myself, not starvation diet but i choose to do the right things in loosing weight and finally it worked. and most of my friends and loved ones noticed a little change, little but at least, right? I lost 2kls from last month and an inch off in my waist from. I was 59 last month and now i'm 57kls. I only a have a little more to go, i aim for 55-52...
