sleep - how to have a good one?

my sister has been complaining lately that she is not getting a good night sleep and that she wakes up still tired and not rested. she has been asking me how to get a good night's sleep, I told her to exercise prior to sleeping, she said it is not working. are there any ways on how to get a good night's sleep? does exercising regularly before sleeping gives you a good deep night sleep?

Not getting proper sleep, also called as insomnia, has become a very common health problem nowadays among the people of the world. IT is more common in the people living in the cities than the village people. The best solution is to work hard both physically and mentally the whole day. After which you will automatically get a good sleep.

yes with the influx of lots of things to do at night, like television and computers, people like to stay up late.

Maybe your sister is thinking something which bothers her sleeping habit. How about drinking a glass of water at night, avoid coffee or soda prior to sleeping time. Try to relax her mind or might watch tv while lying on her bed, although i think not a good advice but i guess it might help, because i do it, whenever i watch tv while lying on my bed i fall asleep quickly.
