Do you like doing sports?

I used to do sports at least three times a week.
but since i got to work,i haven't done any sport for at least three months. i am in terrible conditions.
Sometimes i really want to put off the work and run to the playground,jogging,or playing badminton.Those are my favoriate sports.
Doing sports not only help us to keep fit,but also help us to relax,enjoy our lives.
do you like sports?No matter the answer is yes or no, i suggest you go out of your room and do some exercise right now.it will help.

Maybe you've enough time for that. Just enjoy it. I take 30 minutes a day for doing my physical exercise and that is enough for me.
Better you enjoy for that before you get married. After marriage for surely, you will less time for outdoor sports.

well,i spent too much time before computer,thus this year,i do sports not often.my health conditions become worse and worse,i usually feel very tired after work.
when i arrived home off duty,i don't want to move my legs.
i think i would go out and do more sports.

I do not go to gym for exercise often; I tried to exercise regularly of at least 3 days a week during lunch time at my company clubhouse, but was not successful due to my work schedule. Most of the time if I exercise, I play sport like tennis to get fit.
I have another set of exercise by walking 10,000 steps a day as my target. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps. On an average, I made about 7,000 steps, and I will walk around the house to make the numbers

For the last year maybe I have been really bad about not doing anything as far as exercise. For a while I was doing great and running 4 times a week about 8 to 8 and a half miles each time. I used to play tennis but haven't really played since I moved to were I live now since I haven't been able to meet anyone to play with and now lately I'm just too out of shape to play. I one tries to play when they are out of shape then it really increases the likelyhood of getting an injury.
