about hot mail

I have a question I hope someone can answer me.LOL When I go into a site and its hotmail do I have to be signed up with hotmail in order for me to use that site? Because I was trying to get into a site and it keeps kicking me out. So I thought maybe I have to sign up with hotmail.

When you say it "kicks you out" what exactly happens? Does the site tell you that you need to register, or is it that you can't even get the page to load?
Also, what browser do you use? Sometimes certain websites are not compatible with the web browser you are using.

Hi ivyoon thanks this is exactly what it says program error explore.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will have to restart the program. Cancel So then I get out of there and I restart the program and the same thing keeps happening. And I cleaned out my cookies. So doc what do you think?LOL
