Hi vicki! I wish I had some GREAT inspiration for you, but I don't. I will share a secret that you'll find really weird, though. Stick your hands in HOT water. Something like washing dishes. I don't know why, but this tends to relieve some of my cramping during that TOM. Best wishes to you!

I'm glad the warm water helped! It's about my time to start washing dishes now, myself. LOL! Thanks for the BR. Although, going to the shed and reading Playboy, well, I'm sure my hubby would do that, too!!!

Asprin worked the best for me, but made me bleed more. I finally had to have a hysterectomy. I had adhesions to the bowels, Fibroid tumors in my uterus, ovarian cysts, and endometriosis. I am glad I got all that out of me. I have not had any abdominal pain since then. I do have one ovarie so I now am going through menopause. Good luck

If I feel that my madness is out of control,i try to calm down.sometimes i am very sad,and i need to wreak.but it is terrible and harmful.i persuade myself to do anything else.for example ,go out for a walk,or listen to music.

Dont you mean menstral tentions Vic? lol. Sorry i am not a woman, but i simply got to answer this one. I relieve menstral tentions by goin for a few pints with my mates and get a little sympathy and understanding :) Greetings

drink warm water, or put a warm staff on your stomoch. i also resort to chinese medicine, which is a quite efficient way. do not think about it all the time and you will feel better.
