Problems with Livejournal

Do you think it could be made into a better place? I have some trouble with it. Especially when it comes to my modly duties, because it doesn't let me edit posts, only delete... But... There was a memeber who didn't read the rules, and didn't see that everybody else puts their entries under a cut, and I only wanted to do it for her. The other thing is with Plus accounts and the annoying ads and the way the switching between 'normal' and 'plus' messed up the look of my LJ. And why can't we choose which things we want to use from plus account and which features not?.... Did you have any problems?

I own a sharing journal and it gets annoying when people add you and when you look at their journal. There's absolutely nothing on it. Nothing written on the profile..not even a friggin usericon. I'm tempted to not add them when they don't comment too.

My biggest issue with livejournal is some of the people. People who "friend" you, for example, not because they want to read your posts but because they expect you to "friend" them back and read theirs. Also, people who set up fake journals pretending to be other LJ members. It's never happened to me that I know of, but it happened to someone I know. Granted, this girl has a lot of drama and she creates a good deal of it, but making fake journals and pretending to be (while making fun of) someone else is just lame and a waste of bandwidth. Not to mention the LJ staffs time when it's found and reported then has to be dealt with. I also just don't get the whole "roleplaying journal" thing. Where people set up a journal saying that they're some celebrity -- there's usually a disclaimer that it's for role playing purposes but... WHY????

Ah yeah. All they want is popularity and not a friendship or discussions :( Yep. There are people like that. When they got cought, they banned them from our communities, because they used their other journals for trolling _ Yeah. o_o; I don't really understand that either. If they want to play, why don't they create stories where they play themselves? o_o.... I don't know... And what if their stars find them on the net? Isn't it embarassing for them? _;
