It is difficult for me to get along with my boss. Now I quit my job, becasue I don't know how to get along with my colleagues and boss. HR, what's it? You have to work with your boss everyday? First, take it as a stranger in your heart, then begin to know him without your personal feeling. I think you will know him very well and the most important is not losing yourself. Remember, he is your boss, and you are his stuff. Good luck.

thanks for you advice. HR means human resource. yes,my work is mainly including communicate and coordinate. it is not a productive, just a supportive department. I don't need to work with my boss everyday, but to me ,i have to understand my boss ,then i can work better.

Hi there, I guess you are feeling something towards him? Hehe, just take things easy, break the ice like asking him how is his day, or have he eaten if its just after lunch hours. Find some common interests that you 2 can talk about, be it religion or hobbies. Well if your too shy to break the ice, you can try practising it with the mirror. In the worst scenario, just wait for him to come to talk to you, but I'll not know how likely will that be.

If he looks like Keanu Reeves then I might faint for sure...but before it happen I'll make sure that I will give best performance and would make my Boss impressed me...Always think that he's is your Boss and you need a job badly that you would do your job well...If he asks you something not related to your work then that's a good start then...hehehe good luck.
