How do i loose weight?

I wanna lose weight n have tried everything is there anyway by which i can loose weight...? plz help i really wanna loose weight...!

Have you calculate your Body Mass Index? To know your BMI scale for ideal weight. Your body weight must proportionate your height. Then you will know how many kilogram to cut!!!!

You're in DANGER...your scale indicates you under classification of OBESITY. So recalculate for BMI - 25, and this figure is yours.....how many kg. man!!!!! Take gradually, have your 'walking medicine' for 30 minutes a day and next intensive exercise for 30 minutes in one months you can see the difference. Always calculate your daily intake calories. And to have to drink more ALKALINE DRINKING WATER....very cheap just for your body's detoxication and appropriate level for metabolic rate(metabolism).

Looke up this site; www.eatingforlife.com The book "Eating For Life" and Body for Life" are very good. I have both and have lost over 30 pounds in les than three months. You can order the book on Amazon for pretty cheap too. I would just get the Eating for life first.

you need a healthy diet,don't need pills.and many exercises.so you must get a dictionary ofcalories.so,you must calculate so taht you eat 1000 calories a day.you can eat fruits and vegetables,milk,cheese and youghurt with 0%-1% fats,chicken meat boiled or roasted,without too many fats,also beef but to be light(no many fats.drink a lot of tea or water,in specialy green tea if you like it.you are not allowed to eat more than 1 thin piece of bread,no sweets or sugar,you may use sweetners in your coffee but no sugar.you are not allowed to eat banana only if you eat just banana at that meal.i lost 30 kilos with this diet.i was having just two meals a day ,i didn't eat in the evening after 7 o'clock p.m.bertween meals i was eating a fruti(an apple for example).i also made exercise about 10 minutes a day usually in the morning and in the evening or anytime i could.hope this will be useful for you.good luck!

discipline your self in eating,try this and i hope it can help DRINK AT LEAST 3 GLASSES OF WATER BEFORE MEAL TIME 5 minutes before.
