Would you abort a child or give birth if you new the child would be retarded?

If you went to the doctor during your pregnancy and was told that your child would be born with Down Syndrome, dwarfism,retarded, or any other type of debilitating condition, would you give birth or terminate the pregnancy? I personally would still give birth. I know it's a tough decision to make, but I feel that all children are gifts from God. We may not understand it all the time. Have you noticed how some people who have these conditions are so spiritual and full of faith, love, and hope? I believe even we can learn something from them.
