will you save the world by killing a child?

Let's say you have a chance to cure all diseases in the world. With a price, that is to kill a young boy yourself. Will you do it?

No. The world has it's issues and karma for a reason, and I would do no one any good by taking the eternal life-lesson process away from them.Besides it's always a test to pass, by not killing, instead of killing. I thought the whole test Isaac went through was just plain weird.
