Michael Jordan is undoubtedly the greatest basketball of all time both as an individual and a team player.
As an individual player, he has proven that he is a prolific player after having won multiple scoring titles, Most Valuable Player trophies, the defensive player award and the Slam Dunk Champion awards, to mention a few.
As a team player, he has proven that he is a good leader that led to six NBA titles. Being a team player, showed Michael's maturity on court. He realized that he cannot win an NBA title all by himself.
Michael Jordan has already retired from playing professional basketball but up to now everybody is still waiting for "The Next Michael Jordan".
Who's next?

Yes I agree with you, for me Michael Jordan's the greatest basketball player of all time. Who's next? I don't have anyone in mind but maybe given more years of playing experience Lebron James can. :-) There's lot of good basketball player in the NBA right now but for me none of them have the same complete qualities in playing team basketball as Michael Jordan had.

Given more experience and less injury, Lebron James may be a candidate as the next Michael Jordan. At such a young age and such a short period in his NBA career, he was able to carry his team to the Finals.
Kobe Bryant could have been a candidate. However, in the absence of Shaquille O'Neal, he couldn't carry the Lakers to the Finals.
Remember, Michael Jordan led his team to the Finals without a dominant center.
Let's wait and see!
