2006 Ram3500 Cummins 5.9 Turbo diesel problem

I have a 2006 Ram3500 Quad cab dually. Love it and it runs great normally that is. I had a yellow engine light come on and a total loss of power immediately thereafter. I had the oil changed and had just driven about 60 miles. Running awesome until this light came on. It had no power now. Will run and is driveable but wouldn't pull itself over an ant hill. I feel quite sure it is turbo related. Is it possible something came loose after the oil change? Any type of plugs or anything that could have gotten knocked loose during oil change or just coincidental? HELP!!!!
