Question: Removing Friends

There is someone on my friends list here that I would like to remove, but I do not know how. Can anyone help me? I would really appreciate it. Thank you =]

I just went to my "friends" tab, and next to the ones I have are options that let you choose to be notified about posts that they make, there's also a "delete" option.
