In California,if your car gets totaled in a wreck,and it is the other persins fault,does their insurance cover the rest of your payments?

If depends on the coverage that they have, the extent of the damages, if they feel it can be repaired and the make of the vehicle. My Honda got totaled and the other person didn't have insurance so I had to go after him in court to get money for it.
