can you give me links/websites or tips on making a creative party hats?
my son will be going to an activity next week and they need to wear a party hat they made. The kid with the most creative hat will win a prize.i would appreciate your ideas. thank you.

You can find instructions online for a paper top hat. You could decorate that with all kinds of things. Use springs on the top and attach various things to hang and bob. Use those glittery wire streamers with stars and stuff on them, etc.
