When I was younger I could hula hoop so good I won a contest for keeping the hula hoop up the longest. Now I can't keep the thing up for a minute. Something happen to my hips lol. What could you do really well when you were younger but now can't do as well?

I'm not really sure since I just haven't tried anything in that category for some time. So I thought of something sort of trivial that I could do as a kid to bug my older sister. I could sit on the floor flat with my lower legs out to the side so that my ankles and feet were to the outside. My sister just couldn't do it. I never let her find out that I had trouble sitting with my legs crossed which she could do. Well I just tried it and I can barely get close to it and I certainly can't bouce up and down in that position like I could as a kid.

A somersault! As a kid I could do several in a row. Now, I know I would break my neck! I just can't do them at all. I tend to go sideways. Of course, I haven't tried recently, but that is because I like my neck unbroken.

this is a natural tendency because we do not stay young forever :) so we can only reminisce the old things, treasure and keep them in our chest of memories. when i was young, i can play basketball for hours, but now, it became lesser.
