How often do you eat ice cream?

I know it may be hard to believe, but I eat ice cream just about every day. Women need calcium from calcium rich foods and this is just one food that has not only good taste but takes care of the calcium requirements too.

Ya but ice cream really puts fats on you. So you better be careful if you want good figure.
