The judge from that dry cleaning lawsuit is at it again.. he's refusing to pay the lawyer fees for the plaintiffs he was court-ordered to pay. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/070810/koddities/67_million_pants

I haven't figured out what this guys angle is. He's either trying to get rich or famous and way too quickly. Maybe he wants Judge Judy's job... LOL!

This guy needs a court-appointed attorney becasue he's not competent to represent himself. What's needed is a competency hearing for this judge, an appointment of a lawyer to handle his legal affairs, and a payment schedule set up for the payment of the court-ordered fees. That's what would happen if he were an ordinary person; when a judge acts looney a judge should be treated the same way anyone else would be.

If you have no knowledge of it and can't bother to check out the link, then why bother to respond at all?

Some people had some nerve. I remember reading about this some time ago. So he refuses to pay the lawyer fees. Why? Does he think that because he is a judge that he is above the law? Can't they disbar him and maybe have a Marshall come over to his mans- I mean, his residence and confiscate some of his stuff to pay the fees? By the way, how did he get to be a judge anyway? Had a relative in politics, or bribed somebody?

I heard he was threatened to be disbarred. Is that true, have you heard?

There was a rumor about that when the trial was going on but I haven't heard anything new since. I hope so, he doesn't deserve to be a judge. I'll bet all the people that voted him onto the bench are regretting it now.
