for me Yes.... it is so necesary to the user to have a passwords in order to locate or indentify for the user.. and also to have the privacy.. and to prevent of currupting data or personal matter.. and also the another user could not open to your own page...

PASSWORD is necessary for identification. It is safe for users . & privacy purpose .

Yes, I do think it's a pain to have to sign up every time I want to use a site. I know it's not supposed to be good practice but I always have my passwords saved so that I don't have to keep putting them in.

Are you talking about the "Sign-up" or "Sign-in"? Sign up as in the initial registrastion you do, Sign-in means logging in. If you are talking about the Sign-in, then you need not enter the password everytime you login to myLot. Just close the tab without signing out and next time when you hit www.mylot.com/deepakg4, it'll take you to the home page of your myLot account. If you are talking about the sign up( registration ), yes you need to fill up the password in the form to get started. Without a password, how can you have an account, everybody would login to see you earnings then:p
