Netflix or Blockbuster

I've used both services and I prefer NetFlix. Not just because I've been with them for longer, but the speed is much faster than BlockBuster. With BlockBuster, it can sometimes take 2 days from the ship date of a movie to arrive, while with NetFlix it is always the day after it ships. Also, I had a huge problem with receiving smudged, scoffed, scratched and on two occasions, broken in half discs with BlockBuster. The speed issue doesn't make much sense as both receive and ship from the same city in my state. I don't go to the BlockBuster store, so I don't have a need to return a movie right away.

I was a member of the live Blockbuster Store back in Canada some yrs ago (before this whole by mail thing) but havent been for some time now and certainly not here in the U.S since the nearest one is 45 mins away :-/ I AM a member of Netflix though and have been for about 18 months or so and I love it :-D

I have tried both. I currently use blockbuster for two reasons. I've had much less trouble with damaged disks from blockbuster, on netflix it was a real problem. I also like being able to exchange movies in the store with blockbusters, it lets me get more movies per month at the same price. Right now our dvd player is busted so I had to cancel that account until I can get it fixed.
