I am the proud mom of a set of boy/girl twins and of another little girl. My boy seems to be developing at a slower pace then his twin sister and since they are only a minute apart in age, I can't understand why this would be. It's not a HUGE difference, but he is at least 6 mos. behind her at most things. Does this sound normal to you or like a trip to the doctor needs to be made?

There are a couple of questions i have: what do you been by behind? is it in size? or in developmental milestones? whats their current age? about the circumstances surrounding their birth...was it normal spontaneous delivery? or CS? was the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck at birth? Was a newborn screen done on them? and did you follow up the results? Anyway, if you feel worried, it would be best to take a trip to the doctor. If your boy has something bad, (knock on wood) it would be best to catch it early so it can be managed appropriately.
