Chicken can replace duck!!!

Duck meat is so tasty. YOu can make salad with duck meat. IN my country, they prefer duck to chicken.

I have never eaten duck before but friends I have spoken say it tastes a little like turkey with a stronger taste. Ducks look so cute and I can't bare the thought of eating one. I suppose if I was given some to taste and they didn't tell me what it was, I wouldn't feel so bad. :)

i like duck if it's cleaned and cooked properly. i like it roasted. i believe chicken is much more popular and available all the time.

I've only eaten duck twice before and found the meat to be a lot tougher than chicken.

Why do you prefer duck more than chicken? Is there a difference in preparing duck? want to know a simple way to cook duck. I could try sometime.

In England chicken is more popular but i prefer duck.
