Today is my daughter's actual birthday. She is 17 years old, as of 1:08 a.m. this morning (ugh....I feel old!). So everybody, please sing the Happy Birthday song REALLY LOUD so she can hear you, ok? LOL Can you all tell that I love posting things about my kids to embarrass them? NAH....my daughter actually loves it. Thanks all. Big hugs to you!

Actually, the friends and fun happened over the entire weekend. So mom is too exhausted to run her around today. We might to a bit of shopping later though. Right now she's snoozing the day away. LOL

I'm sorry I am late, but I hope your day was great. Sorry this is not very long, but at least you didn't have to hear me sing a song. My voice is terrible and to be fair, It sounds like a cat with its tail caught under the rocking chair. I hope you like my poem so true, happy belated birthday to you!

She loved the singing! And she got her barbequed hamburgers that she wanted for dinner and lots of cake and ice cream. We'll have to make you your own special cake as the kids ate it all. I was lucky to get even a small piece! My daughter starts school on the 28th, and she'll be a Senior. My baby is growing up!
