I dont know if you will appreciate this or not but when I was growing up my mom would always say idle hands are the devils workshop...it pops in my head from time to time since my mom has passed away.

I will type, I will work, I will Figit, I will play with my hair, Draw, right, Pet my Cats and Dogs, I sign different signs in the air, I prayer I do sign language naturally at times, a Mix of Normal Sign and Lakota Sign.. I do all kinds of things with my hands...- DNatureofDTrain
