Are you the guilty party?

Have you ever gotten behind someone when the speed limit is 55 and they are fluctuating their speed from 48 to 58? This is very annoying to me. Are you guilty of driving like this? If so, can you explain to me why? I just don't understand why you can't set the cruise to one speed and go. Even if you don't have cruise, maybe you could try to stay around the same speed.
When the person is going 48, you get ready to pass and sure enough they speed up to 58. Does this ever happen to anyone besides me? If so, does it annoy you as much as it does me?

I would never do that, my car doesn't go that slow! I am the one that passes at 90, i dont like going that slow! So you dont have to worry about it being me. Sometimes when i am in a hurry I will go 100. I love speed!
