What is the likelihood of extraterrestrial life?

I think that it's highly likely that there is life elsewhere in the universe. We are such a teeny little speck in this galaxy and there are billions of galaxies, the odds are pretty good for life somewhere out there. I don't think they've been here yet but I keep an open mind to that possibility. :D
