what do you do to make you happy when you are in a bad mood?

If its a "normal" bad mood.
Just relax
Have a nice cup of tea or cocoa
Get into your favorite hobby
Have a new hobby and try that out
Take a walk around the block
Sit at a park and just relax for a bit
Enjoy a nice bath
If its a "high" bad mood.
You could try getting up and just yelling for a bit. Not at someone but just outloud, just to let it out.
Take time and really unplug.
Maybe call it a day, for the rest of the day let it all go.

usually when I feel down, I'd want to go out. Sometimes by myself, sometimes I need some company. Most of the time I'd go for some mini retail therapy which will make me feel good afterwards haha. Or I'd listen to music and do things that could take my mind of the depressing things. or sleep ;) .

When I'm starting to feel depressed or in a bad mood the first thing I do is put on my favorite music and crank it up as loud as I can. From there I just do whatever makes me feel better. I'm sorry your not feeling so happy today. Cheer up, it can only get better.

Being happy is a matter of attitude. A matter of not allowing bad vibes to engulf you. A matter of being optimist and a matter of appreciation to everything that surrounds you. :)
