How did you deal with your problems?

Rich or poor,young or old.We all have problems.But how do you deal with your problems? Enjoy facing it? Try to forget it?I deal with my problem by try to forget it.What about you?

Apparently I still haven't found theright way to take care of my probelms since I keep having panic attacks. I'm on medication for that and my depression, but I still get stuck in all the bad thoughts and make the problems worse. My mind loves to play tricks on me.
