Write a book in a week challenge

I was looking for feedback from those who have completed a challenge where you had to write a book in a short time frame. As an aspiring writer, I'll probably challenge myself to complete my book in a short time frame. I just wanted to know how was the experience and would you do it again.

I actually finished a ghostwritten e-book (100 pages, 1.5 space, with 1.5" left and right, 1.25" top and bottom margins) in 4 days.
