Do you turn of fyour ligth when go to bed?

Its a curious question, but its interesting. When i go to bed i dont turn off my ligth, never do it. DOnt know hy, but its confortable for me to have the ligth on all the night. What do you think about it?Do you sleep with your ligth on or off?

I am more comfortable sleeping with the lights off especially if I'm too tired. I have a migraine and it helps soothe the mood. But when I'm scared of something, like ghosts or robbers, I keep the lights on. ^^v

It's very uncomfortable if the dogs outside are barking during midnight. I love to read before I sleep. Sometimes, I sleep through my reading that's why the lights are left opened. But it's really much soothing when the lights are off.

No matter how tired I am, I always turn off the light before going to sleep. I can't sleep with the light on and the darker the room, the better!
