I often have no money after i went shopping,I don't know why I buy so many things that i didn't need to use. I have to prevent it,what is your advice ? DO you ever do the same thing like me ?

Shopping without a list is fatal. Supermarkets are renowned for their tactics of enticing cutomers to buy things they don't need as it is a 'bargain'. I would suggest writing a list of all the things that you want - not on the list? not in the basket. Mentally plan your shopping trip before you go out so you know exactly which shops you will be going to and what for. That way you shouldn't be tempted to wander into other shops. Have a budget. Decide how much you want to spend on your shopping based on what you need and ONLY take out that amount of money - that way you can't overspend. Take a calulater with you to the supermarket and put in the price of EVERYTHING. You will be surprised how much things start to add up. Don't shop when you are hungry. Food will look much more tempting and you will be more likely to throw things into your basket that you wouldn't normally want.

Wheneever I've got a little spare cash to treat myself and I go shopping, I NEVER find anything I like. When I'm shopping and have no spare cash I see a load of things I like! Here's my advice - take only a small amount of cash out shopping, leave the credit cards at home. If you see something you really like or want you'll have to go home for your cards, so by the time you get home and then go back out again, you'll have given yourself time to decide if you really, really want that item or can live without it! :)
