My boys feel special when they get to go to the theater. They get popcorn, pop, and a snack when were there. Usually Im against pop but its a special treat for them. I am not a parent but am a uncle. Hope that counts. :-) I do not have a top ten list though I do know that I thought Finding Nemo was an excellent children's movie. I also thought that Monster Inc. was another very good child's movie. Cars is definitely a very good movie and got my nephew toys from that movie. I also agree with Ice Age. Lion King was another very good movie.

Of Course That Counts!!!!! My kids have alot of toys from the movie cars. We got them the Piston Cup Speedway. Its really cool. It pushes the cars through and wings them around the track! You can race them. My kids really enjoyed it.

I love watching movies with the kids. We do have a few differences of opinion probably because they are boys 8, 5,and 2, and I am 46 year old adult woman but overall we do enjoy a lot of the same cartoons. My favorites though are a little different than the boys' though. I did group together the movies that are about the same characters because I love all the sequels too. And I did group together all the Disney movies cuz I love so many of them. It was too hard to just pick 10 lonely little movies! :-) My favorites [no particular order] 1. Lilo and Stitch [plus the other 4 Lilo & Stitch movies and the series] 2. Kim Possible So the Drama & Kim Possible A Stitch in Time AND the series 3. Scooby Doo cartoon movies and the live action movies AND the series 4. Shrek [all three movies!] 5. Wizard of Oz [MGM movie only] 6. Halloweentown movies [first three only, NOT the 4th one with a different Marnie] 7. Hocus Pocus [love the Sanderson Sister witches!] 8. Danny Phantom series and movies 9. Spongebob Squarepants series AND movie 10. The older Disney movies that I grew up with my daughter grew up with i.e. Aristocats, Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, those movies with the young Kurt Russell like the Computer Wore Tennis Shoes, the movies with Dean Jones like Herbie, Mary Poppins [a proper nanny!], Blackbeard's Ghost and so many more! Now with the boys, they love things a little different. Their favorites [not in order] are : 1. Zathura & Jumanji 2. Disney's Cars; Monsters Inc.; Dinosaurs; both Toy Story movies 3. All three Jurassic Park movies though they like 2 and 3 the best [we have to watch the dinosaur parts over and over and over again, thank God for DVD's and remotes!] 4. All four Tremors movies [as a family we find them hilarious!] 5. Eight Legged Freaks [giant mutated spiders, it's a riot!] 6. All three Spy Kids movies AND Shark Boy & Lava Girl 7. Spongebob Squarepants series AND movie 8. Go Diego Go Dinosaur movie AND series plus Dora for the youngest boy, the 2 year old 9. Power Rangers series and movies, most teams though especially Wild Force, Time Force, Ninja Storm, In Space, Dino Thunder, Mystic Force, Lightspeed Rescue, & Lost Galaxy. 10. Danny Phantom series and movies

I'm not sure I can come up with 10 as my daughter is 12 now and a huge Harry Potter fan, but when she was younger she loved" 1. Anastasia (especially Batty) 2. Cats Don't Dance 3. All Dogs go to Heaven 4. Barbie, The Swan Princess 5. And all things Barney...and while I hated Barney at first, hismessages were good, like "please and thank you are magic words" and "turn off the water when you brush your teeth." Annoying, yes. But great for kids. And for the earlier poster who mentoioned Confessions of a Teen drama Queen...Ice Princess is also awesome.

I'm not sure that I really have a top ten list. My son is 18 months old, and he goes through phases where he just wants to watch the same movie over and over again. Right now he is stuck on Elmo's Potty Time DVD (we've just started potty training in the last month). Other movies that we've watched over and over are: Cars Ice Age Finding Nemo Bambi The Lion King 101 Dalmations Toy Story Aladdin Any Sesame Street movies And Winnie the Pooh movies
