What kind of TV do you have?

Mine (24" Sanyo) is broken and I have to figure out what kind of TV to replace it with. At the moment we only have a little (13" Orion) TV that was mainly used to play video games on. The entire screen can be covered by an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper. It wasn't bad for playing games, but it's not that great for watching movies. The other night, a show I was watching flashed a subtitle and I had to put on my glasses to see what was being said. Needless to say, we'll be shopping for a bigger one, lol. So what kind of TV do you have? How long have you had it?How big is the screen? Were there any features in particular that you were looking for when you bought your last TV? Are you satisfied with your purchase? Mind if I ask how much you paid for it?

LOL, we got a 27" ILO, which I had never heard of, but it's much better for watching movies. :)

We have 4 TV's in our house - a 44" plasma flatscreen (the really slim ones), which we bought almost 2 years ago for $2,000 AUD, two 27" TV's and a 19". The plasma is very crisp and clear, and great for watching movies with the sound surround. We are more than pleased with the plasma. When we replace our other TV's, we will get either plasma again or LCD screens, as they are so slim.

LOL, hubby would love your TV, but I made him settle for a 27" flat screen for now. It'll take a while to save up for a good plasma screen, but that's what he ultimately wants. ;)

Me,i also have sanyo and 21 inches only. Our tv is so old, we bought it in a mall last year 2000. I think change it with flat tv, they says that flat tv is the best when it comes to quality, and there are cheaper ones available at the mall.

Wow! That's a long time without TV. Guess the local stations don't play anything interesting, huh, lol.
