Do you believe in Angels? And in your guardian angel?

In my life I have had a few angel encounters, without really seeing the angel, but rather hearing their voice.
This miracle that I'll tell you about happened 20 years ago. Back than I loved driving around with my motorbike but without helmet on, and this day I didn't put it on again, when all at once a clear and hard voice told me: "STOP right here!" Shocked as I was, I stopped the bike, and the same voice continued with: "Put your helmet on", which I did and drove away. Not even a minute later I landed in the backside of a car with all of my upper body, and my bike was totally damaged from the crash. I had nothing at all. The helmet saved my head, and since it broke the window when my body followed the head inside the car - it didn't get any damages either. All I had was a shock, and some trembelling, but that was over in like 30 minutes or so. Happily there were a few pedestrians that saw exactly what happened, and that it wasn't my fault, and they told that to the police officers that were there very quickly. No matter that it happened such a long time ago, I still remember exactly what this voice said to me, and how I followed what he told me to do, and put the helmet on. If I didn't I wouldn't be here to tell you this story, as I would have been dead. And I am totally convinced that it was my guardian angel, who spoke to me on that day and saved my life.
Please share if such a miracle(s) has(ve) happened in your own life, and if not, do you at least believe that such things, and bigger than this one exist?

I firmly believed in that but I don't want to say the terminology of 'angel' in that situation of case. Thru my experienced, that is youself or commonly said as your soul who spoke out the words.
Actually this is my third time responding to the similar question as yours. Having said you're now in the state "SELF-NATURE-NURTURE", where the true hearing comes first.
May I asked you? The voice that you heard, for pretty sure the spot of hearing located at behind part of your head in between left and right ears(center)? If so, your next learning process will be the true visualization, and don't get shocked when you will be in that condition, because that is life.
To give the perfect answer to you in your case, try to look for one movie about Professor John Nash, Princeton University. I have seen the movie but I forgot the title. How it took him for great adulation after successful in breaking code for equilibrium process and the nature of equilibrium.
Same process happening to Abraham Lincoln and Albert Einstien. And peoples will one' above head to understand your story because in happen as 'rare-in-a few'.
That is why, Albert Einstein don't know what to give name for his great formula; E = mc square; actually 'E' stands for Einstien, 'm' for marrie(his beloved wife) and 'c' for charlie(his son). And miracle happening, that formula later founded as the great formula for ENERGY.

Hi Michael, thank you for your answer, and how you perceive what I expirienced is different than my own view. You see, I am totally convinced that it was not my soul speaking. And that it isn't anything like my soul, or my subconcious mind, or my intuition. Not everything can be explained with science like you do here. I have studied also, and even though methaphysics comes close, it isn't the answer really.

Wow you certainly are a lucky person. And yes I do believe we have guardian angels looking after us. I do hear that voice only once in awhile and when I do I always listen to it. Just last year I thought I had a blood blister on my toe. So I went to the doctor and he sent me straight to the hospital. They took a test on me. LOng story short. I had a stent put in me. I had a blood clot that went from heart to my foot. Im glad I went to the doctors that day. You just never know. Take care.

Hi TerryZ, and thank you for sharing how you followed the feeling and the voice, and went to the hospital than and there! The guardian angel we have will always be there when we need him, or we know it or not - they are there :)

Welcome to MyLot. I hope you enjoy your time here. If this question is any indication of the level of quality we can expect from your future participation, then I very much look forward to future interaction.
Although much of my life focuses on Science, Logic, and Reason, I absolutely do believe in Angels. My reasons for such a strong belief in this area are rather private. So, although I would rather not share them publicly, I will say that my belief in Angels, of Fairies, or whatever one wishes to call them, is unwavering.
Thanks for posting this question. It's nice to see so many others who believe as well.

And thank you for letting us know that you believe in angels, while at the same time being in the Science, Logic and Reason, and the one doesn't have to excist without the other, and actually they don't!

I have always believed in angels, fortunes, because they do intercede on our behalf in times of distress or trouble. We might not always be able to see or hear them, but I have sensed their presence. Yes, I think we all have a guardian angel. I have a couple of books about angels. Dr. Doreen Virtue is very knowledgeable about them. I believe Sylvia Browne is also. There are too many to name here. I'm glad you listened to your angel.

Worldwise, thanks a lot for your reply :) and I have the Dr Doreen Virtue's book and also the Sylvia Browne's. I've been busy reading, studying and trying to go further than that too. And I always listen to my angel, as well as to my inner voice, and my intuition :) God Bless

Hi thefortunes! I am happy to know that your guardian angel was there to save you. I haven't had any close encounters with my guardian angel before but I do believe in them and I always pray to them everyday. I hope I will feel their presence or even hear their voice somehow...I would feel so blessed if that happens. But i believe that my angel is always with me every step of the way. Yes, I believe in angels, but i think they don't always be with us and they coome up in some certain times. You are luky when you were in danger,angels was with you.

Well, I have never had such an experience myself, and I would say I am a pretty cynical and sceptical person, but I was actually reading a newspaper article about Guardian Angels the other day. It said if you have one - then you will see a white feather! I scoffed a little - but then on my way to work the next day - guess what - I saw a random white feather on the path on my way to the bus stop! So maybe I do have one after all!!

I believe God looks after us, and HE sends his angels to care for us. The point is when you were almost killed, there were witnesses to the event. Angels can manifest themselves are human beings. You see you have no idea whether there was someone hidden in the brush, whether it was your guardian angel, or whether your subconscious spoke aloud to you. I have had voices speak to me, but in the Bible, it says to test the spirits and some of those voices gave answers that would have led me into depression and despair. So if the voices told you to do something wrong, it is not of God, therefore not guardian angels. Also what is the result. There are bad angels pretending to be good angels and if the result is that you go into fortune telling or believe in psychics well===all the same, you have to be careful so whether it is your guardian angel or a pretend evil angel, do not do anything you might regret. For if it is your guardian angel, and you follow a wrong path, God will be disappointed, but if it is a bad angel, and you go the right way, boy will the devil be very disappointed.

I believe in angels and I believe that each one of us are provided with an angel to protect us and a demon is also assigned to us to tempt us, everytime we follow goodness we are listening to our angel and everytime we follow evil we are tempted by our demon.
which do you follow, your angel or your demon?

i know that angels exist. i work as an agent of the lord and angels are assigned as 'bodyguards' to certain individuals.
you are chosen for a reason. be good and continue on your life path. oneday you will do something that makes you realise why you were selected.
