need treatment for bad migraine

Does anyone here get a bad migraine? what do you do to treat it? i just always take medicine if i have migraines, i jst asked this question cause i wanted to know other treatment for migraines. Maybe some of you here knows a good way to treat bad migraines. Just post your comments here for suggestions. thanks!
