Drink water on an empty stomach. Healty tips anyone?

Hi myLotters, Water is the source of life and has many health benefits. I would like to share this about water and its health benefits with you. Please do share your ideas and any comments. Thanks! It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven a its value. A published article below describes the use of water. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases: Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases. METHOD OF TREATMENT 1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water. 2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute. 3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal. 4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours. 5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day. 6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life. The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/reduce main diseases: 1. High Blood Pressure - 30 days 2. Gastric - 10 days 3. Diabetes - 30 days 4. Constipation - 10 days 5. Cancer - 180 days 6. TB - 90 days 7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards - daily. This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times. Hi eprado, thanks for sharing the healthy tips with everyone here. Yeah, it’s really a good method to keep our body healthy by drinking water on an empty stomach when we wake up in the morning. Here I would like to share with mylot friends my simple drinking water tips. When I wake up I’m used to drink 3 to 4 glasses of cold plain water. Then I massage my stomach with both hands in some certain manners. After an hour I then take breakfast. I have stick to this habit since I was a teens. I do encourage my kids to do so. During a cold day morning a glass or two of cold water is just nice for me. Hi friends, after drinking glasses of water in the morning you must make sure that there is a toilet some way around you hahaha...

This has been my habit for some time now but with different method. Since I find doing the same things everyday a bit boring, I try to twist the habit a little. I always have a jug of water in my room. Drinking water is my first agenda in the morning. Sometimes I put some lemon and honey, other times apple cider vinegar and honey. Then there are also times that I just drink a cup or two of hot water. Doing these things sometimes makes me skip breakfast because I feel full after all the water intakes, LOL. Admittedly, I think that this habit has greatly improved my body system. I'll try to do your method of treatment and see what happens.

yes, that's true! I have read that somewhere, too. I have tried that and though I couldn't really say that it really cures (cuz I wasn't disciplined enough to complete the days)I think it really does because it has positive effects on my bodily rhythm. Besides, it feels good doing that.

I think I will try this out. I am not a big water drinker but I do suffer from arthritis and I am borderline diabetic so I guess I will try anything for good health at least once. Thanks for this post it is very helpful. Hopefully it will do me some good.

I will try this out and see how it works. I will have to translate this into imperial measurements as I am still used to that. I presume you mean four 8 oz. of water at one time. I do not eat when I get up, so I will get used to this routine. However I will have to regulate my meal times.

It's very nice you take such interest in health issues, and even better for sharing it with us:) But i'm not really buying into the curing thing though:) I will try to see the effect, i'm pretty meticulous, so i will stick by it, no problems!

This all sounds good in theory, eprado, but if it actually is a cure-all as you say I believe that someone would have discovered the secret by now and grown very, very rich. We can all agree that water is good and necessary for maintaining good health, but I don't believe it can cure all of these ailments.

So there is no need to say that no water is present in the world.Of course if u think that clean water doesn't exists then it is correct otherwise no way.Now a days people re not thinking abut the importance of water becomes there are too busy that even don't have time to close their tap.Without air and water people in this world can't survive properly.

yes ... my dear friend .. i am also trying to cope with this ..water habits.... recently only i started this .. drinking of water and all ... seems lots of knowlege regarding water i got from here ... thnks mate... for the valuable inforamtions....i was not serious about this ... now i would consider drinking water regularly
