Do you think that Tide cold water really saves any money?

I hope it does although I haven't really been able to tell because my bill stays about the same.

I don't think so as i have the same bill as well. My mom also doesn't really like to use it as the smell annoys her - she is more like another product user, but i won't post names here ^_^.

I think you have to do a lot of laundry for it to make a significant change in your bill. There are only two in our my household and we are in are mid 50s so we do not have a lot f hard to clean clothes, so I may not be a good example, however, I have found that I by using cold water it seems to have negated my use of using extra hot water when washing dishes. So I think it is well worth using a cold water detergent. I happen to prefer Tide, but anyone that you like is undoubtedly worth it. I thing it might be better for the environment if we all started using biodegradable soap for both laundry and dishes, as well as personal hygiene.

I think it will save you money in the long run,by reducing the amount of hot water that you use. It also helps if you can buy the Tide on sale or use a coupon. I wash everything but my whites on cold. No matter what detergent I use. I also save money by hanging the clothes on the line whenever possible.

i do not know whether it saves money but Tide with rose and jasmine gives a fresh and long lasting smell in the clothes after wash.

It does in the sense that you do not have to use energy to heat the water normally required for other detergents. I think it has helped me to save some money on laundry. I do about 2-3 loads a day 5-6 times a week. So it really is a good money saver.

I think it does too, but you probably will only notice it if you conserve energy in other places in your home as well. For instance, showers and dishwashing. If you lower your hot water use everywhere in the home, you will begin to notice a difference and if you conserve in other areas of electricity too, you will notice a difference.

I think it does, for one thing because my clothes seem to last longer and the colors seem to not fade as quickly. Also, has to save some on heated water.
