Hey, there's no one out there who house sits for people? Here in N.C. when people go out of the country or state and need someone to take care of there homes I live on the property and maintain it. You can travel to different places if needed. Sometimes the homes aren't finished and I get to decorate them. Some are furnished and some not.

i did a little housesitting when i work abroad... i did not apply for the job... i did it as a favor and he actually paid me to look after his house and to feed his cats... the first one lasted for 10 days and when he asked me again to housesit it lasted for 7 days... i stopped doing it because his wife accused of stealing the car key which is impossible since i don't know how to drive... it turns out that they only misplaced it...
