We fall into love and fall out of love. When do you consider that love is not love anymore?

What you are talking must be love between human. husband-wife, kid-parents, you-friends, you-mate etc etc. love is broken when -there are no solutions anymore on both sides, (at the deep critical situation of finding solutions for the problems). None side is agreed to forgive each other side to maintain the hub. Each side is insisted for defending its perspective. Egoism plays the role on both sides. -one decided to end the hub ,with reason or in-purpose. -unexplainable (maybe one to keep secret for his/her own reason to not hurting the one he/she loves and just leaving the partner without news.)

Lust comes and goes, but love stays forever. If people fall out of love then they were never really in love to begin with. Lust often comes disguised as love. I have been lucky in my search for love, that I found the man of my dreams the first time. We work well together without fighting, and we discuss everything until we come to an agreement. No one has the last word.

It is when you have sacrificed and gave all the best you can to make things work, yet you have a growing feeling of frustration, inadequacy, and emptiness and you get down in self-pity and your self-esteem crumbles down because of the person you "loved". And when staying in it (the relationship you have) causes more pain than joy, I think it is time to take a decisive stance. Make your mind up when enough is enough. Love is lost..love is gone.

Well Maean_19, in my opinion books could be written in regards as there are many, many things to say and describe about it, but lets mantion a few at least :) 1) When many things in the person start to irritate you - love could be over 2) When you start faking headache, or being tired, or too busy in order to excuse yourself from lovemaking 3) When there is nothing left to talk about withthis person 4) When you start feeling sorry for yourself to be with this person 5) When you feel ashamed of how this person behaves, or presents himself, while before you looked for ways to excuse him about it There must be many more, but these few are the points for me :)

I guess, you are right and true with those you had enumerated. I had noticed those signs with someone I knew and decided to separate.Life is like that and we don't realize it earlier in order to prevent it to happen.Let us just learn from our mistakes. Thank you for sharing.

Things happen in our lives Maean when we fall in love and if or when we stop loving the person. Most of us do learn from it and know how to recognize the signs... Thank you Maean for the BR, really appreciated :)

If it is a true love, it will never die. It is a matter of faith and belief. But negative thinking keeps on coming in our mind...and when we feel igonored and left out by our beloved, we tend to feel that there is no more love.
